Are all items new?

No. Items may be new or pre-owned. Each listing clearly states the condition of the item so buyers know exactly what they’re purchasing.


Buying on Unpaired

How do I know if I’m buying a left or right shoe?

Every product listing clearly indicates whether the item is a left shoe, right shoe, or intentionally unpaired. Always review the listing details before purchasing.


Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because many items are unique and one-of-a-kind, most sales are final unless otherwise stated in the listing.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by seller and location. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout, and tracking information is provided once the order ships.

How do I become a seller?

All sellers must apply and be approved before listing on Unpaired. You can apply using the Apply to Sell link in the site footer.


What can I sell on Unpaired?

Approved sellers may list:

  • Single shoes (left-only or right-only)
  • Unpaired or mismatched shoes
  • Replacement shoes for medical, orthotic, or loss-related needs

All listings must comply with Unpaired’s Seller Guidelines.


Who handles shipping?

Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping their items directly to buyers using tracked shipping.


When do sellers get paid?

Seller payouts are processed according to Unpaired’s payout schedule after an order is completed.


Are there seller fees?

Yes. Unpaired charges a commission on completed sales. Full details are outlined in the Seller Guidelines.


Policies and Safety

Is Unpaired safe to use?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system, and sellers are reviewed before approval.


What happens if a seller doesn’t ship an item?

If a seller fails to ship an item or violates marketplace standards, Unpaired may issue a refund and take appropriate action, including seller suspension.
