Unpaired operates this marketplace website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) to provide a curated shopping experience focused on single and unpaired footwear.
Unpaired is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Unpaired is a marketplace that allows approved third-party sellers (“Sellers”) to list products for sale. Product descriptions, photos, sizing details, condition information, and pricing are provided by Sellers.
While Unpaired reviews listings for basic compliance with our Seller Guidelines, we do not guarantee that listing content is complete, accurate, or error-free. Product appearance may vary due to screen settings or device differences.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict any listing or product at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Unpaired reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.
Marketplace fulfillment
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by Sellers. Shipping timelines, packaging, and fulfillment practices may vary by Seller. Unpaired does not manufacture products and does not take ownership of Seller inventory.

Disputes and chargebacks
If you experience an issue with an order, you agree to contact Unpaired before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Excessive or abusive disputes may result in account suspension.
Purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

Unpaired is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Unpaired. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Unpaired.
