Unpaired Marketplace (“Unpaired”) is a curated marketplace that allows approved third-party sellers (“Sellers”) to list and sell single and unpaired footwear. Shipping practices may vary by Seller and product.
This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works on Unpaired and what buyers can expect after placing an order.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Processing times may vary depending on the Seller and item availability.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery times vary by Seller.
- Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Unpaired is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or clearly displayed on the product listing.
- Shipping fees are set by the Seller and may vary by item, size, and destination.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
- If tracking information is provided by the Seller, it will be shared via email once the order ships.
- Not all Sellers may offer tracking for every shipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact support@unpairedmarketplace.com as soon as possible.
- Unpaired may work with the Seller to assist in resolving shipping issues but does not guarantee replacement or refund outside of our Refund & Returns Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Unpaired is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
International Shipping
- Some Sellers may offer international shipping.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly.
