Unpaired Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused (as applicable), and include any original packaging or included accessories. You’ll also need proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).
To start a return, contact us at support@unpairedmarketplace.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos (required for damaged items or “not as described” claims)
Returns sent without first requesting approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Buyer Remorse Returns
If you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit, you changed your mind, or it’s no longer wanted, you are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide your own return label.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.
Seller-Fault Returns
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, return shipping will be provided at no cost to you after we review your request and approve the return.
If approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
Damages, Incorrect Items, and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:
- the item is damaged or defective
- you received the wrong item
- the item is not as described
Include photos so we can evaluate the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (when marked “Final Sale” on the product page)
- Items returned in a condition different from how they were delivered (e.g., worn, altered, or missing included components)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item (if eligible), then place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer, but typically posts within 5–10 business days after approval.
Refund Deductions
- Buyer remorse returns: original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Seller-fault returns: return shipping is covered by Unpaired, and shipping charges may be refunded when appropriate.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, contact us at support@unpairedmarketplace.com.
Return Address
Returns must be shipped to the address provided during return approval. Because Unpaired is a marketplace, the return address may vary by seller and order.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition received. Contact support@unpairedmarketplace.com to request a return.
